What’s new in the world of bread…

If you’ve got this far, you’ll probably know that my products are made with great ingredients, time and skill. Nothing is in them to make them rise faster, be easier to produce, to extend their ‘shelf life’, or make them look ‘bigger and better’. In short, these are loaves as they should be - bread in its’natural’ state – basic but beautiful.  Each and every ingredient,I am proud to have included on grounds of taste and nutrition.

There is such a thing as the Real Bread Campaign (links page…) who have recently introduced The Loaf Mark. Every bread that is labelled with that Loaf Mark promises not to include any processing aids, artificial additives, flour ‘improvers’, dough conditioners, preservatives, chemical leavening or un-natural anything else. All of mine are proud to be  breads.
